For those within the pit, an [[03-Mechanics/6-Ability Scores/Athletics|Athletics]] check is needed to climb out (made with disadvantage if lifting wagons or mounts). An [[03-Mechanics/6-Ability Scores/Engineering|Engineering]] check can be made to jury-rig a rope system to give everybody advantage. **Critical Failure.** The adventurer fails an attempt, losing 3 (1d3+1) Supply Dice and suffering a level of fatigue. **Failure.** The adventurer fails an attempt and loses 2 (1d4) Supply Dice. **Success.** Adventurers avoid or make it out of the sinkhole. **Critical Success.** Adventurers make it out of the sinkhole.
