This tomb contains six core trials, each testing a different characteristic of the characters and presenting a unique peril to overcome. Each trial contains a golden idol in the shape of an animal. To descend into the final and seventh chamber, one idol from each trial must be placed on its proper pedestal within the Antechamber. The characters can enter the trials in any order. The corridors that lead to each trial’s main chamber are narrow and partially submerged in places. Once all characters are inside a trial chamber, its door in the Divine Rotunda shuts and is magically sealed until the characters obtain the trial’s idol or they perish. After the characters leave a trial chamber and return to the Divine Rotunda, the trial chamber and corridor leading to it floods with sand, preventing the characters from returning to the chamber.
