*4th-degree Vicious Vein action* To use this maneuver, the target must be [bloodied](https://a5e.tools/rules/conditions) or suffering ongoing damage. You introduce a painful, disorienting, and fast-acting infection into the target’s blood. Make a melee weapon attack. On a hit, the target takes normal weapon damage from the attack and must also make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 1d12 points of poison damage and is poisoned and dazzled until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, it suffers only half damage from the poison and is rattled instead.
