Until the beginning of your next turn, whenever you deal piercing or slashing damage to a creature that has blood with a melee attack or when you take piercing or slashing damage yourself, you can seize control of the shed blood and transform it into a lethal projectile (no action required). The creature that took the initial damage suffers an additional 1d4 points of necrotic damage and you make an immediate ranged weapon attack against a different creature within 60 feet that you can see.
