The party suffers disadvantage on saving throws against fear effects. - **Failure.** The party is not emboldened. - **Success.** The adventurer and any allies gain an expertise die on all saving throws against fear effects. - **Critical Success.** In addition to the effects of a success, the next time the adventurer or an ally would suffer a level of strife, they do not. A party member can only benefit once in this way until it finishes a long rest. If it is affected by this activity for an additional delving cycle, they instead gain an expertise die to their next saving throw against strife.
