You may spend 1 or more weeks of downtime treating a creature other than yourself in order to ensure their general health and well being. Make a [[00-Balance Of Powers/3-Mechanics/6-Ability Scores/Medicine|Medicine]] check with a DC of 15+ the **recipient's** [[00-Balance Of Powers/3-Mechanics/6-Ability Scores/Proficiency Bonus|Proficiency Bonus]]. On a success, the recipient gains one of the following benefits:
- Each time they finish a long rest they gain a bonus hit die.
- When they finish a long rest they gain a temporary pool of 3 exertion point. These points do not refresh if expended. A creature must already have an exertion pool to gain this benefit.
- They gain an expertise die on saving throws vs poison and disease.
- They gain an expertise die on saving throws to avoid fatigue on a [[Forced March]]
These benefits last for a number of weeks ***equal to the number of weeks you spent treating them***, to a maximum number of weeks equal to your [[00-Balance Of Powers/3-Mechanics/6-Ability Scores/Proficiency Bonus|Proficiency Bonus]].
