### Poisons
Except for **Poison (Basic)**, these are generally restricted items. This means they have limited access in most nations, in service of the public good and the reputation of the ruling class. A restricted item is not really illegal, but most reputable merchants will not traffic in such goods. They are usually widely available on the black market, or even upon request if a merchant who secretly holds such items can be persuaded.

### Restricted Items
These items have limited access in most nations, in service of the public good and the reputation of the ruling class. A restricted item is not absolutely illegal, but those law enforcement catch with it must have a very good reason for owning it or they may have legal difficulties or gain a bad reputation, at the very least.
