**4th-level** (Conjuration; Arcane, Divine, Planar, Summoning) | | | | ----------------- | ---------------------- | | **Class(es):** | Wizard, Warlock | | **Casting Time:** | 1 action | | **Range:** | Medium (60 ft.) | | **Targets:** | None | | **Components:** | V, S | | **Duration:** | Concentration (1 hour) | You tear open a hole in reality and call forth up to three creatures from the cracks between planes.. The creatures use the stats of a [[Minor Aberrant Creature]] with certain traits determined by its type, determined by rolling 1d6:  1-2: flumph,  3-4: gibbering mouther,  5-6: intellect devourer.  If you summon only 2 creatures with this spell, increase its effective slot level by 1 when determining the minor aberrant’s statistics, and if you summon a single creature with this spell its effective slot level is increased by 2 instead. The creature is friendly to you and your companions and takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands. Without such commands, the creature only defends itself. The creature disappears if reduced to 0 hit points. If you lose concentration on the spell before the duration is over you lose all control over the aberrant creature which becomes hostile and may attack you or your companions. An uncontrolled creature disappears 1 hour after it was summoned.  **Cast at higher levels:** Use the higher level spell slot whenever the spell’s level appears in the stat block. **Rare Versions:**  ***Howard’s Eldritch Conjure Minor Aberration.** The spell does not require concentration.*
