This combination has the typical problems of mixing a spellcasting class and a non-spellcasting one; diminished spellcasting progression and a focus on multiple ability scores. In this particular case, though, at least the classes don’t fight each other too much; druids at least semifrequently want to be stealthy and their armor restrictions don’t really hamper the rogue class at all, plus the ability score commitments are no worse than an adept or ranger. Flavor-wise, there’s an uneven mix of clashing and synergy. For the most part, rogues are creatures of the city and druids, by their very nature are creatures of the wilderness. However, druids are often secretive, and it’s not hard to imagine a rogue who left town because the heat got too intense subsequently finding themselves in the wilderness and joining a druid circle. A stronger focus on druid levels will give you a spellcaster who is *really* good at sneaking around, especially when you factor in Wild Shape, whereas a focus on rogue levels gives you a covert specialist with some unexpected magic tricks up their sleeve. And even mix of the two makes the character into something like a magical ambush predator, able to stay out of sight until they decide to strike with blade, spell, and magical form.
