From *Multiclasser's Manual, Vol I*: The A5E core rules have a trio of feats in them—Covert Training, Heraldic Training, and Woodcraft Training—that give access to a couple of “knacks” from an associated class and another minor benefit that is thematically connected to the same associated class. They’re a way of doing extremely lightweight “soft” multiclassing into the associated class, picking up a couple of useful features but not spending a whole level. You will find below another 17 such feats, covering the remaining 10 classes in the core rules, plus the artificer, savant, esper, elementalist, scholar, and witch classes. These types of feats are often useful for adding a little more depth and texture to a character’s background or culture without diluting their actual class levels. For example, a character from a Warhordling culture or with the Soldier background could make good use of the Hardening Experience feat in the former case or the Enlisted Training or Officer training in the latter.
