You know that to the uninitiated, a bit of sleight of hand is as useful as an actual conjuration.  You have an expertise die on sleight of hand.  You can make a sleight of hand check against a target’s passive perception in order to keep a small item (no larger than a dagger) ready and available for use while appearing to have your hands empty, seemingly materializing it out of nowhere.
