Some summoners feel no need to seek out fancy new techniques or additional skills, instead preferring to focus on the fundamentals of their craft.  While they may lack the versatility of some others, their mastery of calling up summons to aid them in battle is unmatched, and their servitors can stand toe to toe victoriously against those of any other summoner. ### Enhanced Vigor (3rd level) At 3rd level, when you summon creatures using Call Summons, they automatically gain the benefits of a *[false life](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/false_life)* spell.  At 11th level, this *false life* spell increases to second level. ### Enhanced Summons (6th level) At 6th level, creatures you summon using Call Summons automatically benefit from one spell from the following list: - *[bless](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/bless)* - *[shield of faith](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/shield_of_faith)* - *[heroism](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/heroism)* - *[divine favor](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/divine_favor)* - *[enhance ability](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/enhance_ability)* All creatures summoned benefit from the same spell, it cannot be dispelled, does not require concentration, and lasts the full duration of the Call Summons spell it is tied to.  You may select which spell applies each time you summon creatures. ### Enhancement Mastery (14th level) At 14th level, creatures you summon using Call Summons automatically benefit from one spell from the following list: - *[fire shield](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/fire_shield)* - *[enlarge/reduce](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/enlarge_reduce)* at either 2nd or 4th level, your choice - *[mirror image](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/mirror_image)* , with the number of images refreshing to three whenever you roll initiative - *[poison skin](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/poison_skin)* at 4th level - *[fly](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/fly)* This otherwise functions as the spell effects granted by Enhanced Summons.  In addition, when you summon creatures using a Call Summons spell you may expend an additional use of Call Summons as part of the same action to cast *[haste](https://a5e.tabletopbytheik.nl/compendium/spells/haste)* on them.  This targets all your Call Summons creatures but otherwise functions as normal, lasting one minute, requiring concentration, and leaving them lethargic when it ends.  You may concentrate on this *haste* and a call summons spell at the same time as if the *haste* were a conjured spellcasting spell.  You may also do so as an action whenever you have Call Summons creatures summoned. ### Call the Host (18th level) At 18th level, you may have creatures out from two Call Summons spells at once provided the total number of creatures summoned this way does not exceed 4.  Creatures from different spells may have different enhancements from this Enhanced Summons and Enhancement Mastery applied, and if you expend a use of call summons to cast *haste* on already summoned creatures it applies to all your summons from both spells, while doing so as part of the action to summon creatures using Call Summons still only applies to creatures from that specific spell.
